Due to the potential lawsuits that can be thrown at them stores in your local neighborhood will not carry these products. Companies can’t get insurance to cover sales of ephedra and simply don’t want to mess with it. They can safely sell products that really don’t do anything and not have to worry about the problems.
Original ephedra based fat burners including Hydroxycut, Metabolife 356, Diet Fuel and Stacker two have not been made since 2004.
You just want to get herbal ephedra in the original powerful diet pills. You don’t want any of these weak diet pills that have useless herbs in them.
Weight loss products with ephedra had been through a variety of scientific studies to show they actually produced results claimed. Ephedrine was the main chemical found in ephedra that was proven to work. Also the fact that so many people are still searching for it meant that it worked.
Despite the fact that ephedra diet pills of all brands meant rapid sales and massive profits, it is no longer worth the risk of a lawsuit. Also, insurance companies will not authorize the big chain stores to sell these problem ephedra products for the same reason of the threat of being sued by someone that wants to blame a company for their own incompetence.
Why can’t I get ephedra products at all, you ask? The Federal Drug Agency and multiple lawsuits. The old news is the FDA banned ephedra and any type of ephedra products a while back and most of the companies that made products like Stacker 2 with ephedra have gone bankrupt from lawsuits.
